Joint project on vilbli.no and utdanning.no/karriereveiledning.no

Novari and HK-dir have, in dialogue with the SAMT-BU project, highlighted opportunities related to a potential merger of the services at vilbli.no and utdanning.no/karriereveiledning.no. A high-level project proposal outlining potential benefits has been prepared (see link below).

Such a merger project is more extensive than what could be realised as a single case in SAMT-BU, but several concrete issues have been identified that may be suitable as cases — for example, a shared login that retrieves data from both Novari’s solutions (VIGO) and utdanning.no.

It is also emphasised that any initiatives in this area should be coordinated with HK-dir’s ongoing work on a chatbot for career guidance, including the possibilities of using non-public data (such as logs from career guidance services) in such a solution.
